- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day

7. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to:
- Wrong address provided by customer
- Customer unavailable at delivery location
The package will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply.

- We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost
